Prices are exclusive of tax (VAT not included). Colidris Sàrl reserves the right to modify its plans or pricing at any time, with a 14-day notice to affected users.
Payment
Payments are securely processed through the Stripe platform.
Users may pay in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR), depending on their region.
No banking or credit card information is stored directly by Coliflo.
Duration, Renewal, and Cancellation
Subscriptions are monthly, with no commitment, and are automatically renewed each month on the billing anniversary date.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their customer area or by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
Terms of Use
Access to the Coliflo service is primarily designed for professional use. However, it may also be used in a private or personal context, provided usage complies with applicable laws and these terms.
By creating an account, the user acknowledges:
- Using Coliflo for professional or private purposes
- Being authorized to connect their Gmail account and use WhatsApp within this context
The user is solely responsible for their use of the service, including any non-compliance with internal policies of their company, employer, client, or partner.
Calidris Sàrl declines all responsibility in the event of unauthorized or improper use of the service.
Liability
Calidris Sàrl strives to ensure the accessibility, security, and reliability of its service within industry standards. However, it cannot be held liable for:
- Temporary service interruptions (maintenance, updates, network failures)
- Errors originating from third-party services (Google Gmail API, Google Gemini, WhatsApp API)
- Improper or fraudulent use of the service by a third party
