How Does Coliflo Work?
Coliflo sits between your Gmail account and your WhatsApp. There is nothing to install and no new app to learn.
- Connect. You authorise Gmail access once through Google OAuth, then confirm your WhatsApp number. Setup takes about five minutes.
- Filter. Coliflo reads incoming mail and decides what needs you. Around 30% gets through. Newsletters, promotions, notifications and automated receipts stay in Gmail, unread, and never reach your phone.
- Deliver. Each email that passes the filter arrives as a WhatsApp message with a short summary of what the sender wants.
- Reply. A draft reply comes with it, written in the sender's language and matched to their register. A client gets a client reply, a lawyer gets a formal one. You adjust it by texting back in plain language, then send.

Who Is Coliflo For?

Is Coliflo Secure?
Coliflo reads your email, so the question is fair and the answer should be specific.
- Google OAuth certified. Coliflo uses Google's recommended access level: read and send, without modifying drafts or deleting messages. Coliflo never asks for your Gmail password.
- Encrypted storage. Subjects, bodies and drafts are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption and the keys are held outside the application. They are kept for one reason: so you can pull up the original of any email from WhatsApp whenever you want.
- Never sold, never used to train AI models.
- What the AI sees is limited. The AI receives the sender, the subject and the text of the email, which is what it takes to write the reply. Never your Gmail credentials, never an attachment, never anything else from your inbox.
- Attachments are never opened or transmitted. When a reply depends on what is inside one, Coliflo skips the draft and tells you to handle that email from Gmail.
- Swiss hosting. Coliflo runs on servers in Geneva at Infomaniak, an ISO 27001-certified provider.
- Only a summary travels. WhatsApp carries a short summary and the draft. The full text appears only when you tap "See original".
You can revoke Coliflo's Gmail access at any time from your Google account security settings, without going through Coliflo.
How Is Coliflo Different From Other Email Tools?
